 Estimator/Project Manager

Responsible for all aspects of assigned customer projects including estimating, planning, scheduling/detailing, jobsite coordination and overall customer satisfaction.

This position requires analysis of blueprints, drawings, and, specifications relating to division eight. A proven track record of successful sales with a professional attitude is essential.

Requires in depth knowledge of hardware, hollow metal and wood door applications

Five years minimum experience estimating, detailing and project management of the complete opening for small to large and complex projects

AHC certification preferred

Comsense Advantage & Enterprise experience preferred

Computer skills should include basic applications and navigation, Microsoft Office essential, CAD experience desirable

Self motivated problem solver

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

College degree preferred
